This article introduces VortiGard™ Kevlar Plate as an advanced puncture-resistant midsole solution for modern safety footwear. Compared with traditional steel plates, it is about 20% lighter, metal-free, non-magnetic, flexible, and suitable for electrical insulation applications. The article highlights its advantages in reducing fatigue, passing security checks, avoiding magnetic interference, and providing PS-level puncture protection under EN ISO 20345:2022+A1:2024. It is suitable for construction sites, airports, logistics centers, high-speed rail stations, electrical work, and heavy-duty industrial environments.
